Key Responsibilities Training Delivery

- Train participants on First Aid, Safety, Basic Life Support, Occupational Health, Trauma Care, and Home Health Care
- Supervise trainees during hands-on sessions
- Adapt training style for different audiences — industrial workers, communities, students, healthcare staff
- Conduct induction and refresher training for field staff, including drivers and paramedics

Programme Coordination

- Work with clients to schedule and set up training programmes
- Handle logistics — venue, materials, equipment, travel arrangements
- Ensure smooth implementation of all training programmes

Documentation & Reporting

- Complete all training documentation and maintain systematic records
- Track attendance, feedback, and certification
- Prepare reports on training programmes conducted

Other Responsibilities

- Support other projects, programmes, and initiatives as required
- Contribute to developing and updating training content
- Represent the organisation at events and workshops

Who Should ApplyEducation & Experience

- Graduate or post-graduate in Sciences, Life Sciences, Social Work, Public Health, Communication, or Education
- Candidates with science, medical, nursing, paramedic, or health and safety backgrounds will be preferred
- Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in health education are welcome — we will train you

Skills Required





- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
- Comfortable speaking to groups — no stage fright
- Able to interact with varied audiences, from factory workers to doctors
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Zoom, MS Teams, Webex and similar platforms
- Ability to design basic creatives is a plus

Physical Requirements

- Good stamina — training sessions require standing for extended periods
- Fitness to travel frequently (10-12 days a month, sometimes 8-12 day stretches)
- Ability to handle training equipment and materials
- Candidates with cardiac, lower back, or knee joint conditions that limit mobility may find this role challenging

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Master's (Required)

Language:

- English, Hindi and Gujarati (Required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Required)
