Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for technical roles, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Evaluate candidates' technical background, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Engineering background is mandatory (B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent).
- Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles such as Embedded, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring workplace.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
