- Oversee the pediatric ward (NICU/PICU/Ward), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH standards) and maintaining a safe, child-friendly setting.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, manage allocation, guide junior staff, and handle training or orientation.
- Supervise nursing care, monitor patient status, ensure accurate documentation, and ensure protocols are followed.
- Assist doctors during procedures, manage emergencies, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Counsel families on treatment plans, address concerns with empathy, and provide education on home care.
- Ensure availability of medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
