Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage the company's day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and should proactively maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities - Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books/Tally. -

Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments. Generate client invoices and follow up on pending payments. - Process vendor bills and manage payment schedules. - Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation. - Prepare GST data, TDS working, and coordinate with the CA for timely filings. - Maintain debtor and creditor ledgers. - Track project-wise profitability and monthly financial reports. - Verify employee reimbursements and petty cash. - Maintain documentation for audits and statutory compliance. - Coordinate with internal teams for purchase orders, invoices, and approvals. - Assist management with MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial planning.



- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.

Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles. - GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax knowledge. - Experience with Zoho Books or Tally (Zoho Books preferred). - Good command of Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filters). - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - 2–5 years of accounting experience. - Experience in a service-based company or marketing agency will be an added advantage. Salary ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
