About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Erection & Commissioning Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end service, erection, and commissioning activities for industrial machinery projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple site operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Management

- Plan, lead, and deliver complete Service, Erection & Commissioning activities.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from site mobilization to final handover.
- Ensure timely completion of commissioning activities as per project timelines.
- Monitor daily site progress (Plan vs Actual) and prepare reports.

Commissioning & Handover

- Conduct trials and testing of PLC-controlled machines as per customer specifications and purchase orders.
- Ensure smooth machine handover to customers, including final closure meetings and signed MOM.

Customer Interaction & Support

- Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout project execution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service calls effectively.
- Oversee service activities related to lamination, paper impregnation, and press line machinery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and support.

Team Leadership

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of service engineers and technicians.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficient team coordination.





Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Quality teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations at all sites.

Technology & Process Improvement

- Implement automation tools and digital solutions to enhance service efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in service and commissioning processes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in a similar role within engineering or machinery manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of PLC-controlled machines.
- Expertise in hydraulic press systems, lamination, and impregnation processes.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of press line equipment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of materials used in lamination and impregnation processes.
- Project management certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites.
