About the Role

Sigma International School is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly people-oriented Campus Manager to serve as the bridge between the school campus, parents, students, and the Bellwether Head Office.

This is not an administrative desk role.

The Campus Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every parent, student, and visitor experiences a welcoming, professional, and positive environment from the moment they enter the campus until they leave.

The role combines parent relations, admissions support, campus coordination, events, and overall student-parent experience management, making it one of the most important positions in the school's growth journey. Please note: this role is completely NON -ACADEMIC. Principal is in charge to lead all things related to academics.

Key Objective

* Stronger implementation of Bellwether initiatives on the ground

Key Responsibilities

Parent & Student Experience

* Build strong relationships with existing and prospective parents.

* Ensure all parent concerns are acknowledged and resolved promptly.

* Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every visitor.

* Track parent feedback and suggest improvements.

Admissions & Walk-In Management

* Manage campus visits and school tours.

* Meet prospective parents and explain the school's unique offerings.

* Support the admissions process from inquiry to enrolment.

* Maintain inquiry and follow-up records.





* Coordinate with the social media marketing agency to provide on ground photos, videos of testimonials and content to boost the digital presence online

* Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Campus Coordination

* Ensure campus readiness and presentation at all times.

* Coordinate between school staff, management, and Bellwether Head Office.

* Support implementation of new Bellwether programs and initiatives.

* Ensure events, parent meetings, and activities are executed smoothly.

Parent Engagement & Community Building

* Organize parent engagement initiatives and events - inside & outside the school campus .

* Encourage referrals and positive word-of-mouth.

* Strengthen school-community relationships.

* Support communication through WhatsApp groups, parent interactions, and school events.

Head Office Coordination

* Act as the on-ground representative of Bellwether Head Office.

* Provide regular updates on admissions, parent feedback, and campus operations.

* Ensure Bellwether standards and expectations are implemented consistently.

* Coordinate & support the Principal to meet goals.

Required Skills

* Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (mandatory)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, etc.)

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks

* Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
