Job Summary
WeShine Academy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bank Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer to prepare students for banking examinations such as IBPS, SBI, RBI, and other competitive exams. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to motivate students to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning for banking examinations.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Teach shortcut techniques, problem-solving strategies, and time management skills.
- Evaluate student performance through regular tests and provide personalized feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students throughout their exam preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest banking exam syllabus, question patterns, and exam trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and training methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning for banking examinations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Prior experience in coaching for IBPS, SBI, RBI, or other competitive exams is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional aptitude skills and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
