**Location:** 3009 Street of Europe, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, Maharashtra – 411057 **Experience Required:** 4–8 years **Employment Type:** Full-time **About the Role** We're looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion, manage junior designers, and ensure high-quality execution for residential and commercial clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end design process: concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, material/finish selection, and final execution - Meet clients to understand requirements, budget, and preferences; present design concepts and mood boards - Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) using AutoCAD/SketchUp/3ds Max - Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and procurement for smooth project execution - Guide and mentor junior designers/interns on design standards and software usage - Ensure designs align with budget, timelines, and client expectations - Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and resolve on-site design issues - Stay current with design trends, materials,



and sustainable design practices - Support sales/BD team with design inputs during client pitches when required **

Requirements** - Proven experience (4+ years) as an Interior Designer, with at least 1–2 years in a senior/lead capacity - Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial design projects - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and MS Office - Solid understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning - Strong project management and client-handling skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and presentation skills **

Qualifications** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or related field - Certification in relevant design software is a plus **
