Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience and be capable of independently managing the organization's entire finance function.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete finance and accounts function of the organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle audits, including statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Finalize books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor financial controls, accounting processes, and compliance.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support business decisions.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.





Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance, and financial reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading finance teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
