A fast-growing tax advisory firm looking for a smart, team-oriented professional to join their Direct Taxation team. This role offers hands-on exposure to advisory, compliance, and strategy work, with the opportunity to lead engagements end-to-end and work closely with partners.

Responsibilities:

- Support the team in coordinating and delivering multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Assist seniors in preparing dashboards for management decision-making
- Review and support clients in preparing and finalizing accounts and cash flow statements
- Provide timely reports to management
- Assist with various statutory compliances and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Draft deeds, letters, and submissions for Courts and regulatory authorities
- Support in determining tax liability on international transactions and advising clients
- Draft and review tax memos, opinions, and presentations




- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Research domestic tax laws, international tax treaties, and related regulations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, advisory) for smooth execution

Requirements:

- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (not pursuing CA further) or Graduate with basic accounting/compliance knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of accounts and cash flow statements
- Working knowledge of Income Tax laws preferred
- Good decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- High integrity and professional ethics

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
