HR Executive – Recruitment (100% Remote)

Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)

Salary: Up to ₹10,000 Fixed In-Hand + Attractive Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities :

Post job openings on job portals and social media.

Source and screen candidates.

Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

Follow up with candidates until joining.

Maintain candidate data and update recruitment records.

Coordinate with the hiring team for interview updates.

Use CRM, Excel, or recruitment portals to update candidate status.

Achieve daily calling and hiring targets.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility:

Freshers can apply.

Minimum 12th Pass.

Recruitment or telecalling experience is preferred.

Knowledge of CRM or recruitment portals is an added advantage.





Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge.

Mandatory Requirements:

Personal laptop.

Android smartphone.

Secure Wi-Fi connection.

Power backup for uninterrupted work.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
