Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage the complete customer journey. This isn't just a sales job; you will be the face of the company, guiding clients from their first inquiry through to the final "switch-on" of their solar system.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Educate potential customers on the advantages of solar energy, explaining technical components (panels, inverters, mounting structures) in simple terms.
- Technical Estimation: Conduct initial assessments and provide accurate pricing estimates based on energy needs and site conditions.
- End-to-End Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with leads to convert them into projects and follow up on payment milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem Solving & Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Site Quality Audit: Conduct a "Site Completion Check" post-installation to ensure the work meets Ivaan Solar Energy's quality standards before final handover.
- Lifecycle Management: Ensure a smooth transition between sales, installation, and after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Engineering or Business background is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in technical products, construction, or the power sector.
- Communication: Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, empathy for customer concerns, and a "closer" mindset.
- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler for local site visits across Jalgaon district.
