Job Title: Production Merchandiser – Garments

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to handle planning and coordination activities in the garments industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow from order confirmation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate production schedules based on order timelines
- Follow up from cutting to packing to ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with internal departments like sampling, production, finishing, and quality
- Track fabric, trims, and accessories availability and ensure timely sourcing
- Monitor production status and update buyers/management regularly
- Ensure on-time delivery by identifying and resolving production delays
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to production planning




- Work closely with factories and vendors for smooth execution

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of garment production processes
- Good planning, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders and tight deadlines
- Valuable communication skills (both internal and external coordination)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Qualification:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, or related field
- Experience in garment manufacturing or buying office preferred

Experience:

- Minimum 7–15 years in production merchandising / planning

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
