Startup Engagement & Outreach

- Identify and onboard high-potential startups across tech, manufacturing, agri, edu-tech, and other sectors.

- Manage end-to-end participation and onboarding process for Startup Dangal cohorts/events.

- Conduct outreach campaigns, webinars, roadshows, and networking meets.

Partnerships & Alliances

- Build strategic partnerships with incubators, accelerators, academic institutions, and state bodies.

- Liaise with government agencies for cooperative startup promotion programs.

- Pitch the mission to corporates for CSR, mentorship, or pilot opportunities.

Investor & Mentor Connect

- Engage with angel investors, VCs, and ecosystem enablers to build funding channels.

- Facilitate mentoring programs and connect startups with relevant advisors.

Operations & Reporting





- Track pipeline of onboarded startups and maintain detailed MIS of progress and outcomes.

- Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.

- 3–7 years of experience in startup ecosystem development, business consulting, or B2B partnerships.

- Strong understanding of Indian startup policies, trends, and funding landscape.

- Excellent networking, communication, and pitching skills.
