Position: HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Reports To: Sr. Head of Operations

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance) to manage key HR operations, with a focus on Payroll processing, Statutory Compliance, and Recruitment support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management, compliance filing, and supporting recruitment for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Management: Manage attendance data, process payroll accurately, coordinate with finance, resolve payroll queries, and ensure data confidentiality.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity), manage timely filings and records, support audits, and coordinate with compliance consultants.
- Recruitment: Assist in end-to-end hiring for junior to mid-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.




- Employee Records & Reporting: Maintain employee records and HR databases, support engagement activities, prepare HR MIS reports, and assist in drafting HR letters.
- Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts in a confidential and qualified manner along with foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in HR, with experience in Payroll and Compliance.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR laws, recruitment tools, and compliance management. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
