Job Description (JD): Project Engineer / Technician – Ground Mount Solar Plant (2X275 MW)

Location: NTPC Plant, RE Park, Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Solar Project / O&M;)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Accommodation: Stay provided within project site.

Travel: Vehicle will be provided for Work-related travel.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma in Electrical or ITI Electrician / Wireman.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in solar power plant Project / Operations & Maintenance.

Hands-on Experience of Cable glanding & termination, MC4 Connector.

Good understanding of grid synchronization, safety practices, and plant monitoring tools

Ability to work independently and manage in office jobs efficiently

Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
