We are seeking an experienced and qualifies Finance Executive to join our team and contribute to our financial matters. To succeed this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

● Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

✓ Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.

✓ Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.

✓ Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

✓ Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions.

✓ Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

✓ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

✓ Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.

● Payroll processing and Tax Compliance





✓ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

✓ Prepare and submit statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) on time.

✓ Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, including GST and TDS.

✓ Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory documents.

● Financial Reporting and Record Keeping

✓ Prepare accurate financial reports and analysis.

✓ Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

✓ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

✓ Ensure timely updates of books of accounts.

Knowledge & Skills

● Education: Master’s or any related field

● Experience: 01 - 02 Years

● Knowledge of labour laws & compliances

● Skills in Tally, bank reconciliation, etc.

● Interpersonal and problem-solving skill

● Good multitasking and organizational skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
