Position: University Guidance Counsellor
Location: Witty International School, Borivali, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Guide students in selecting suitable universities and academic programs based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Provide end-to-end support for domestic and international university applications, including admissions timelines, documentation, essays, and interviews.
- Conduct career counselling sessions, aptitude assessments, and university awareness programs for students and parents.
- Organize university fairs, college visits, and interactions with university representatives.
- Maintain updated knowledge of global admission requirements, scholarships, and education trends.
- Collaborate with school leadership, teachers,



and parents to support students' higher education planning.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely submission of application-related documents.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in university and career counselling, preferably in an IB, IGCSE, or international school.
- Solid knowledge of Indian and international university admission processes (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Excellent communication, counselling, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
