About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Growth Associate to identifying potential customers, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with solid sales skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Any Graduates
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and consultative selling.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify business opportunities.
