Experience - 4-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement ITOM modules in ServiceNow including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence
- Conduct requirement analysis and work with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business needs
- Develop and maintain CMDB health by ensuring proper CI class relationships and data integrity
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications/tools as needed for ITOM use cases
- Configure MID servers, probes, sensors, patterns, and credentials
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ITOM implementations and CMDB integrations
- Provide operational support and continuous improvement for ITOM features and functionality
- Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, test cases, and end-user guides

Job Requirements:

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including core modules
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in ITOM implementation and support




- CIS-ITOM certification is mandatory
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and configuration item lifecycle
- Experience with cloud and on-prem infrastructure discovery
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) within the ServiceNow setting
- Familiarity with Event Management tools and integrations

Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology / Bachelor in Computer Applications / Bachelor of Science / Master of Computer Applications

Nice-To-Have-Skills:

- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or ITAM
- Knowledge of networking concepts, data centers, and virtualization
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
