Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and execute a combined SEO + AISO strategy focused on high-intent SQL growth.
- Build and maintain topic clusters to establish strong topical authority.
- Lead technical SEO: site architecture, schema, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
- Run competitive analysis across both traditional search and AI search ecosystems.
- Track and optimize early-stage lead indicators: crawl stats, impressions, AI citation frequency, and topical depth.
- Track content engagement, goals, traffic using Google Analytics.
Experience
- Direct experience optimizing for AI-driven search engines (mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to build topical authority in competitive domains.
Prior ownership of the SEO
- SQL funnel.
- Experience helping IT Services company rank for global markets - USA, UK etc.
