We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, Snowflake, dbt, and Cloud Reporting to build enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions.

Note: Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build scalable semantic data models and optimize report performance.
- Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines using dbt.
- Create reporting-ready data models in Snowflake.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
- Implement BI governance, security, and best practices.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in Power BI Development.
- Robust experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling,



Performance Optimization).
- Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- dbt (Data Build Tool).
- SQL and Cloud Reporting.
- Data Visualization and BI Performance Optimization.
- Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance Domain Experience (Mandatory).

Preferred Skills

- Azure or AWS Cloud.
- CI/CD for BI Deployments.
- Power BI or Snowflake Certifications.
- Python for Data Analysis.

Employment Details
