About the Role

Backup Infotech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales & Business Development Executive to generate and acquire direct B2B clients across the United States for our IT and Digital Marketing services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management within the US market. This role focuses exclusively on direct client acquisition through cold outreach, networking, and consultative selling. Experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify direct B2B leads from the US market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and networking.
- Identify key decision-makers and business owners.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline, and customer records within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project onboarding and execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹30,455.60 - ₹70,970.57 per month
