- Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent FG (Finished Goods) vendors aligned with TASVA quality and brand standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure reliable supply and collaboration.
- Drive vendor performance through periodic reviews and corrective action plans.
2. Cost Optimization
- Negotiate product costs, payment terms, and commercial agreements to achieve targeted margins.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, aesthetics, or customer experience.
- Benchmark pricing across suppliers and market trends.
3. Product Sourcing & Range Execution
- Source finished goods as per seasonal collections, design briefs, and merchandising requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of products across categories including apparel, accessories, and occasion wear.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, and Planning teams during product development.
4. Quality Assurance
- Ensure sourced products meet TASVA’s quality specifications and premium brand expectations.
- Monitor inspection processes and address quality issues with vendors.
- Reduce rejection rates, returns, and customer complaints related to product quality.
5. Delivery & Supply Planning
- Ensure on-time order placement, production follow-up, and delivery adherence.
- Track production milestones and proactively mitigate supply risks.
- Maintain optimum inventory flow to support sales plans and launch timelines.
6. Compliance & Sustainability
- Ensure suppliers comply with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote sustainable sourcing practices and responsible manufacturing partners.
- Maintain complete vendor documentation and audit readiness.
7. Inventory & Business Performance
- Support inventory optimization by balancing product availability and stock turns.
- Minimize excess inventory, slow movers, and stock-outs.
- Monitor sourcing KPIs and contribute to sales and profitability goals.
