Job Responsibilities

- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Assist in maintaining IMS documentation, records, procedures, and reports to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle management of project assets, including asset registration, tracking, movement, utilization, and disposal in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, IMS databases, and related documentation.
- Support internal audits, IMS reviews, corrective actions, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure assets are properly allocated, safeguarded, and efficiently utilized at project sites.
- Assist with document control activities, including document preparation, revision, distribution, and version control of IMS and project-related documents.
- Monitor adherence to company policies,



contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on asset status, IMS performance, and compliance matters for management review.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Project Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in engineering, construction, or asset-based projects is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ISO management systems and document control processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Type of Employment: Full time, Permanent
- Work Location: Project / Office-based (as assigned)
