We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Meta Ads & Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content strategies, run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, and generate leads, engagement, and brand awareness for multiple clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and captions.
- Publish and schedule posts, reels, stories, and other content formats.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activities.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Meta Ads Management

- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Set up Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, Awareness, and Conversion campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and targeting.




- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns regularly.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences.
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL.
- Install and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

Performance & Reporting

- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Track KPIs such as Reach, Impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and Conversions.
- Provide recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends.

Client Coordination

- Participate in client meetings when required.
- Understand client requirements and marketing objectives.
- Provide updates regarding campaign performance and social media activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
