Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

Job Summary:
An Occupational Therapy Assistant supports the Occupational Therapist in helping patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. The OTA implements treatment plans, monitors patient progress, and maintains accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct therapeutic activities to improve patients' motor, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities.
- Help patients perform activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Observe, record, and report patient progress to the Occupational Therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
- Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control protocols are followed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings when required.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
