Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners and understand their career aspirations.
- Counsel and guide candidates regarding professional upskilling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through consultative selling.




- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–6 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Business Development, Higher Education Sales, Upskilling Programs, or IT Solutions Sales.
- Bachelor's degree required; B.Tech and MBA candidates preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record.
- Experience handling high-ticket sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
