Apenir is a healthcare technology startup transforming how people access diagnostic services. We are building a seamless platform for home blood sample collection, diagnostic bookings, health reports, and digital healthcare services. Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, and technology-driven.

As we expand across Kochi, we are looking for a highly motivated General Manager – Diagnostic Operations to lead our diagnostic business and build a high-performing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the end-to-end diagnostic business in Kochi.

* Develop partnerships with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

* Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition.

* Recruit, train, and manage operations staff, customer support executives, and field teams.

* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of home blood sample collection services.

* Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction.

* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

* Manage operational budgets, revenue targets, and cost optimization.

* Coordinate with technology, marketing, and customer support teams.

* Build relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and wellness partners.





* Analyze business performance using KPIs and prepare management reports.

* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

* MBA, MHA, BBA, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field.

* 5–10 years of experience in diagnostics, healthcare, hospitals, laboratories, or healthcare operations.

* Solid leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

* Experience in business development and operations management.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

* Valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with organizations such as diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, healthcare startups, or pathology chains is highly desirable.
