About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Art Director to lead visual storytelling and design strategy across various marketing and branding campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of compelling design solutions for marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and ensure creative deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
- Manage and mentor junior designers, including defining roles, providing training, and overseeing their creative output.
- Review and evaluate design proposals to maintain consistency with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research, including gathering insights on industry trends,



competitors, and audience preferences.
- Work with cross-functional teams and fellow art directors to develop visual concepts for both print and digital platforms.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
- Present design concepts and campaign ideas to clients for feedback and approval.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of qualified experience as a Graphic Designer or related role
- Must Have Agency experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Degree or diploma in graphic design or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
