Job Description

We are looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and functional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centered design, product thinking, and interaction design, with the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product insights, and business requirements.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with usability best practices.




- Work closely with development teams during implementation to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in product design and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
- Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing product design projects, design process, and problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Passion for creating simple, elegant, and user-friendly digital products.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
