We are a Recent Zealand-based business building multiple brands, including Viewings.co.nz, a property technology platform, and Goodstar Property Management.

We are looking for a creative, detail-focused AI Video Creator / Avatar Specialist who can help us create high-quality AI videos, avatars, marketing videos, social media content, explainer videos, and brand assets.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable using modern AI video tools and also has a decent eye for graphic design, branding, layout, and visual quality.

What You Will Do

You will help us create:

- AI avatar videos
- founder-style AI videos
- property and real estate explainer videos
- short social media videos
- marketing reels
- educational videos
- product feature videos
- ad creatives
- video hooks and thumbnails
- clean graphic assets for campaigns
- video variations for testing

Tools & Skills We Are Looking For

You should have experience or strong interest in tools such as:

- HeyGen
- Gemini Omni / Google AI video tools
- Higgsfield
- Canva
- CapCut
- Adobe Express / Photoshop / Illustrator, if applicable
- AI image tools
- AI voice tools
- video editing tools
- avatar creation tools

You do not need to know every tool already, but you must be a fast learner and genuinely interested in AI video creation.

Key Requirement

We do not want low-quality AI videos that look cheap, random, or robotic.

We want someone who can create polished, professional, brand-safe videos that look clean, modern, and suitable for business marketing.

You must have a good eye for:

- video quality
- avatar realism




- facial expression
- voice and lip-sync quality
- lighting and background
- framing
- text placement
- hook strength
- brand consistency
- clean graphic design
- social media presentation

Main Responsibilities

- Create AI avatar videos using scripts provided by our team
- Improve scripts into better video formats where needed
- Create video hooks, captions, and visual concepts
- Generate and test different avatar styles
- Create short-form videos for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Create clean thumbnails and supporting graphics
- Follow brand guidelines and templates
- Work with marketing and AI team members
- Keep improving video quality based on feedback
- Research new AI video tools and recommend better workflows
- Maintain organised folders for video files, source files, exports, and versions

This is not just a basic video editing role.

We want someone who can combine AI video tools, avatar creation, video editing, graphic design, and marketing thinking to create strong business content.

Trial Task

As part of the application process, we may ask you to create a short 30–60 second AI avatar video using a provided script.

We will judge based on:

- avatar quality
- voice quality
- lip-sync
- background
- framing
- captions
- overall visual polish
- whether you followed instructions
