Responsibilities :

- Installing and configuring current software and hardware
- Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords to allow access to the network
- Finding and fixing network faults
- Giving technical support to people who use the network
- Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
- Support network and computing infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and restore systems after crashes.
- Retrieve forgotten passwords.
- Undertake routine preventative measures and implement, maintain and monitor network security.
- Supervise help desk technicians.
- Ensure systems comply with industry standards.
- Keep internal networks running smoothly

Skills Required :

- Experience in LAN networking.
- Cabling, Crimping and punching.




- Configuration of TCP/IP
- Server administration and anti-virus software management.
- Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices.
- Manages all system back-up and restore protocol.
- Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
- Documentation of network problems and resolution for future reference.
