This is a hands-on talent acquisition role. You’ll run the engine behind every hire we make.

- Own end-to-end sourcing — identify, engage, and nurture high-fit talent across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities)
- Draft compelling JDs and role briefs with input from hiring managers and founders
- Manage the hiring pipeline: scheduling, follow-ups, status tracking, and feedback loops
- Maintain candidate records and analytics across ATS, Notion, and internal trackers
- Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk outreach campaigns
- Run experiments on what improves outreach response, funnel quality, and conversion
- Keep the candidate experience sharp — timely, clear, and human at every stage
- Collaborate with product and ops teams to hire across functions

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

- 0–1 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, preferably in startups
- Strong communication — crisp outreach, clean follow-ups, and sharp coordination




- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
- Comfortable managing high-volume pipelines while staying detail-oriented
- Self-starter mindset — you won’t be micromanaged
