We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply, along with candidates having up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience

- Fresher to 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and live chat.
- Manage customer interactions efficiently using CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly or escalate them to the concerned department when required.




- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust problem-solving and listening skills.

Working Days & Timings

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
