Ensure supplier training and actions implemented in respective process for defect free product supply with aiming overall supplier performance improvement n"1.Analyse the supplier performance data and Identify the suppliers for Supplier Quality improvement programme and launch the same in alignement with Plant,Divisional u0026 Group Qulaity managers n2.Lead Supplier performance improvement activities at suppliers by thorough review and establishing robust processes at supplier site n3.Drive supplier Training program to meet supplier performance expectation per Eaton Supplier Excellence Manual (SEM). n4.Train suppliers in the deployment of quality systems tools and techniques such as 8D problem solving u0026 Quality Core Tools n5.Apply strategic thought process for expansion of the process to all Eaton businesses and ensure onboarding through transition process. n6.Lead deployment of consistent supplier quality related policies, processes, and procedures n7.Monitor and communicate supplier performance to all key stake holders u0026 Business n8.Encourage u0026 implement Continuous Improvement culture at supplier end. n9.Identify the risk,conduct risk analaysis and work on the action implementation to reduce the risk n10.Trouble shoot flawless problem closures in coordination with global stake holders. n11.Work as liaison between suppliers and internal functions/plants (Engineering, Plants, Operations, etc.) to clarify requirements, eliminate confusion,



and improve definition of requirements. n12.Understand customer requirement and quick turnaround time on adhoc requests. n13.Assist in Supplier quality data analysis and initiate the performance improvement projects at impacting suppliers n14.Lead various improvement projects and act as SPOC for Group, customers u0026 Suppliers n15.Implements measures to improve inspection methods, equipment/tool performance, product quality, efficiency and morale n16.Coordinates and assists with corporate initiatives, participating on teams in order to drive best practices across Eaton sites n17.Implement measures to improve identified issues and engage to achieve Goals for on- time completion n18\. Conducting process audits virtually for suppliers where there is gap in QMS adherence. Ensure closure of the open points from Audit by following up with supplier and follow escalation n19.Follow timely escalation of non improving/performing suppliers during the graduation period to the business leads and respective CM n20\. Involve in alternate sourcing project from highlighting Risk involved and LL n21\. Explore and drive Automation projects to improve Work stream process further n22\.



Handholding the recent joiners upon the WS knowledge and supplier manufacturing processes (reduce onboarding time from 90 days to 60 days) n23\. Working on the strategies to expand the WS support to other Business group n24\. Be proactive to finalize SQPI suppliers list in alignment with ESA SQ leader by Analysing the supplier past performance data and identify the right suppliers for Supplier Quality performance improvement program (SQPI) (Work qauntum - 10K + Plus suppliers to evaluate with PTDB)" nn## Qualifications:nnBE in (Electrical u0026 Electronics/Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical/ Industrial Engineering) n"1.Minimum 10 years of experience in Supplier Development and Quality and Manufacturing / or Process Engineering n2\.
