## What youu2019ll do:nnThis position is within the Supply Chain department in Coimbatore, India. Candidate will be key player to plan and deliver the materials required from import and local suppliers. This will include raw materials, Boughtout parts , traded and subcontracted parts. nnu2022 Plan the materials required for Sales , Production, and consumables. nu2022 Preparation and review the PO required as per MRP , trading items and Twobins. nu2022 Managing supplier fulfillment from purchase order issuance to part receipt into stock. nu2022 Closely interact with intercompany for Price request , Lead time , Expedite / Deexpedite msg and updation in EDI Portal. nu2022 Update and maintain purchase orders in MRP system for changes in design and delivery requirements. nu2022 Develop and execute plans to exceed key supplier goals (Inventory DOH , OTD, Cost out). nu2022 Plan For Every Part (PFEP) to optimise the inventory and improve OTD. nu2022 Monitor the ERP Health check and initiate the action against the error messages. nu2022 Monitor the supplier performance and initiate the focus program as and when required.



nu2022 Monitor the supplier capacity for the subcontracted items. nu2022 Coordinate and co-lead supplier performance meetings - Analyzes data to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure optimal supplier delivery. nu2022 Drive to implement the best-practices and continual improvements in procurement process and with suppliers. nu2022 Comply with Supply Chain and Purchasing procedures and compliance requirements. nn## Qualifications:nnu2022 Diploma / Bachelors full time degree nu2022 Experience of min 12 yrs (Diploma)/ min 6-8 years (Bachelors)nn## Skills:nnu2022 Experience in handling imports and local suppliers nu2022 Additional qualifications in material management will be preferred nu2022 Proficient with ERP systems u0026 preferably MFG Pro. nu2022 Proficient with all MS office products. nu2022 Strong analytical and structured thinking skills nu2022 A valuable team player. nu2022 Language: Fluency in English u0026 Tamil is required. nu2022 Capable of interfacing with all levels of management.n
