This role serves as the first line of technical investigation for crashes, hangs, performance degradation, and other stability-related issues,



working closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective root-cause analysis and resolution.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * Triage and debug complex system stability issues, including crashes, hangs, reboots, memory corruption, and performance regressions.nn * Analyze logs, memory dumps, traces, and core files to identify root causes across kernel, drivers, firmware, and user space.nn * Efficiently leverage AI-based techniques for automatic issue triaging and analysis.nn * Identify recurring stability trends and propose systemic fixes to improve overall system robustness.nn * Provide clear technical updates, root-cause summaries, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.nnnnnBasic Qualificationsnn * Bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree in computer science, Electronics , or a related field with minimum 3-5 yearsu2019 experience.nn * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a system-level debugging mindset.nn * Good understanding of operating system concepts, including Process scheduling, Memory management, Interrupt handling, Device drivers, Synchronization mechanisms u0026 PCI buses.nn * Experience using debugging and analysis tools such as gdb, Trace32/JTAG, or crash dump analyzers.nn * Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.nn * Knowledge of networking and connectivity protocols (WLAN, Bluetooth, Ethernet, network stack) and the Android framework is a plus.nn * Familiarity with embedded systems and processor architectures is a plus.nn * Experience working with logs, traces, and diagnostic frameworks is a plus.nnnnnApplicants:
