The Division In-charge will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of a designated division within the utility domain (electricity, water, gas, etc.). This role ensures the productive and compliant delivery of utility services, manages a team of field and office personnel, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives operational excellence aligned with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations and service delivery in the assigned division.

- Ensure uninterrupted and efficient utility services to customers.

- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., uptime, response time, service quality).

- Coordinate maintenance schedules, outages, and emergency response plans.

Team Leadership:

- Supervise and guide field staff, technicians, and support teams.

- Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure training and compliance.

- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.





Customer Service & Relationship Management:

- Address escalated customer complaints and service issues.

- Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and community representatives.

- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with government and environmental regulations.

- Prepare and submit regular operational and incident reports.

- Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions.

Budget & Resource Management:

- Manage the division’s budget, expenditures, and resource allocation.

- Oversee procurement and inventory of necessary materials and equipment.

Project Coordination:

- Assist in planning and execution of infrastructure development projects.

- Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors.
