As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a high-performing financial diligence team delivering data-driven financial and accounting insights that support strategic decision-making. The role is designed for professionals with strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and a solid understanding of how financial analysis influences business outcomes and economic environments. Responsibilities are assigned based on your qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated expertise in financial diligence. You will collaborate closely with global teams, contribute to complex transactions, and play a key role in delivering high-quality outputs across multiple engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data-driven financial and accounting diligence analysis as part of transaction-focused engagements
- Interpret complex datasets, transform source data into workable formats, and generate actionable insights using tools such as Excel, Power Suite, and PowerPoint
- Visualize financial trends and findings clearly to support deal-related decision-making
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business impact
- Collaborate with team leaders and international network teams to understand project scope, expectations, and delivery timelines
- Communicate findings and present completed deliverables clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members,



supporting their technical development and project execution
- Develop a strong understanding of workflow processes, from project initiation to completion, and ensure accurate documentation of work performed
- Stay informed on local and global business, economic, and market trends relevant to mergers, acquisitions, and transaction advisory
- Contribute across multiple workstreams, demonstrating initiative, analytical thinking, and timely completion of assignments
- Foster a collaborative team setting by building strong working relationships and actively seeking feedback and guidance

What Makes You a Great Fit

- CA or MBA qualification with 2–3 years of relevant Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience
- Strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and deal advisory
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and transaction-related analysis
- Experience across buy-side and sell-side engagements, preferably within the Indian market
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Power Suite, and presentation tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify financial and strategic business trends and communicate their implications effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to learning and professional development
- Comfortable working in a consulting environment with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders
