Responsibilities:-
Should be able to Handle various control system DCS/PLC especially ABB 800 XA, Yokogawa Centum VP.
Understanding of ANSI/ISA-88, ANSI/ISA-95 standards for Control Recipe Developments for various products.
Development of Data base for various product and DCS to Oracle Integrations.
Deep programming knowledge in various DCS languages like SFC, FBD, C/C++ programming, Ladder logic.
Hands on experience in development of process and safety Interlocks/Logics building and execution.
Implementation of various HAZOP recommendations in coordination with operational /Project teams.
Experience in process Control techniques.
Should be able to handle FAT/SAT with various OEM teams for control systems
Basic field Instrumentation Knowledge.
Alarms/Reports Management
Proper documentation and hand over of completed projects and training to plant/DCS operators
Support to Plant Automation/ Instrumentation team for implementing recent/existing projects.
Required Skills
Knowledge of DCS/PLC configurations, Microsoft Office, Documentation
Engineering Detailing in DCS/Control system, Field Instrumentation, Logic/Receipes Developments
Develop and implement process safety interlocks
Pogramming and compliance with ANSI/ISA standards.
