Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit US dental specialists.
Hire for roles including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Office Managers, Lab Technicians, and other dental support positions.
Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships.
Build a robust candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely candidate submissions.
Requirements:
Experience in US Staffing is mandatory.
US Dental Recruitment experience is preferred.
US Healthcare Recruiters are also encouraged to apply.
Robust communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
