Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment and machinery. * Inspect and maintain components such as pumps, gears, bearings, and shafts.
Carry out fitting work including assembling, dismantling, and alignment of machine parts.
Ensure proper use of oil and grease for lubrication and smooth operation of machines.
Identify mechanical faults and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
Use hand tools and measuring instruments required for fitting and maintenance tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools and work area.
Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Basic knowledge of materials, pumps, gears, bearings,
oil and grease lubrication systems. * Ability to perform basic mechanical maintenance and fitting tasks.
Understanding of workshop tools and equipment
Required Skills
Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. * Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
Valuable problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Required Qualification: - ITI - Fitter
