Role Description The Design Engineer – CNC Machines will work in office in Bengaluru in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with manufacturing and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include designing and optimizing components and fixtures for CNC machining, preparing detailed CAD models and drawings, and ensuring manufacturability using 3-axis and 5-axis CNC technology.

The role involves reviewing design specifications, validating tolerances, supporting process planning, and resolving design-related issues on the shop floor.

The Design Engineer will also assist in improving workflows, enhancing product quality,



coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and documenting design changes and standards for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Design Engineering and Product Design, with the ability to translate requirements into manufacturable concepts.

Solid background in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes relevant to CNC machining.

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and Solidworks software for creating detailed part and assembly drawings.

Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering principles related to machine systems and automation is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience working with CNC machines (3-axis and/or 5-axis), including familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) best practices.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot design and production issues.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
