Provide salon services such as waxing, threading, facials, clean-ups, manicures, pedicures
Ensure exceptional customer experience through qualified behavior and excellent service delivery.
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitization standards before, during, and after every service.
Recommend suitable beauty products and service packages based on customer needs.
Manage appointments efficiently and reach customer locations on time.
Handle service equipment and products responsibly.
Maintain high customer ratings, minimize complaints, and follow Urban Company's quality protocols.
Continuously upgrade skills through training and certification programs.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
वैक्सिंग, थ्रेडिंग, फेशियल, क्लीन-अप, मैनीक्योर और पेडीक्योर जैसी सैलून सेवाएँ उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ प्रदान करना।
पेशेवर व्यवहार और उत्कृष्ट सेवा के माध्यम से ग्राहकों को बेहतरीन अनुभव प्रदान करना।
प्रत्येक सेवा से पहले,



दौरान और बाद में स्वच्छता एवं सैनिटाइजेशन के सभी मानकों का पालन करना।
ग्राहक की आवश्यकता के अनुसार उपयुक्त ब्यूटी प्रोडक्ट्स और सर्विस पैकेज की सलाह देना।
अपॉइंटमेंट्स का प्रभावी ढंग से प्रबंधन करना और निर्धारित समय पर ग्राहक के स्थान पर पहुँचना।
सेवा में उपयोग होने वाले उपकरणों और उत्पादों का सुरक्षित एवं जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग और रखरखाव करना।
उच्च ग्राहक रेटिंग बनाए रखना, शिकायतों को न्यूनतम रखना तथा Urban Company के गुणवत्ता मानकों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।
नियमित प्रशिक्षण एवं प्रमाणन (Certification) के माध्यम से अपने कौशल को निरंतर बेहतर बनाना।
