Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit finance and accounting professionals across the US.
Hire for roles including Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers, Tax Professionals, Payroll Specialists, Auditors, Bookkeepers, Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialists, and Finance Managers.
Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate interviews and maintain robust candidate relationships.
Build a robust candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely candidate submissions.

Requirements:
Experience in US Staffing is mandatory.
US Finance Recruitment experience is preferred.
Candidates with US Skilled or Non-IT Recruitment experience may also apply.
Solid communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
