Key Responsibilities
Manage centralized procurement for all existing and upcoming hospital units.
Lead sourcing and procurement of medical consumables, biomedical equipment, pharmaceuticals, laboratory supplies, and general hospital requirements.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors.
Negotiate pricing, annual rate contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.
Conduct vendor evaluations, audits, and performance reviews.
Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and procurement analysis reports.
Drive cost optimization and procurement excellence initiatives.
Ensure procurement of the right product, from the right vendor, at the right cost and right time.
Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Biomedical, Pharmacy, and Facility teams.
Support procurement planning for current hospital launches and expansion projects.
Monitor procurement KPIs,



budgets, and inventory-related metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15+ years of hospital procurement experience.
Mandatory experience handling procurement for multiple hospital units.
Solid knowledge of healthcare supply chain management.
Expertise in vendor negotiations, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
Experience in procurement of medical consumables, biomedical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and hospital infrastructure requirements.
Robust analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and MIS reporting.
