About the Role

We are looking for a Personality Development Coach & Trainer with their own proven training framework to work with students from diverse academic backgrounds. The ideal candidate blends coaching (mindset, confidence, growth) with hands-on trainer skills (structured sessions, practical exercises) to make every student — from commerce to computer science — placement-ready and confident.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personality development sessions using your own structured framework, adapted for students across different academic backgrounds.




Coach students individually and in groups on confidence, communication, and self-presentation.
Train students in GD/PI preparation, resume building, and mock interviews.
Customize training approach based on each department's student profile (e.g., technical vs. business background).
Track and report student progress and improvement.
Requirements
Own established framework/methodology for personality development training.
Proven experience as a coach and trainer, ideally with students from mixed academic disciplines.
Robust communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to adapt style across diverse learner groups.
