Full time On-Site Creative Designer (Graphic, Packaging, Video & Motion)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative designer to work directly with the founders and own the complete visual identity of our fast-growing D2C nutrition brand. The ideal candidate should be able to handle everything from branding and packaging to digital creatives, video editing, and product visualization.

Key Responsibilities
Design brand creatives for digital, social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
Create high-converting ad creatives, banners, emailers, and campaign assets.
Design product packaging, labels, logos, brochures, decks, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Edit videos, reels, UGC content, motion graphics, and performance marketing creatives.
Create product mockups, 3D renders, and launch visuals.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all online and offline touchpoints.




Work closely with the founders, marketing, and product teams on campaign execution and current product launches.

Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, Cap Cut, Blender/Cinema 4D (preferred), Adobe Dimension/Substance 3D (preferred), Microsoft Power Point & Google Slides.

Preferred Experience
3–5 years in D2C/FMCG/Food & Beverage/Consumer Brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, ad creatives, video editing, and product visualization.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced startup environment with end-to-end ownership.
