Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational development.
Drive culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and monitor HR policies and governance frameworks.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Lead manpower planning and recruitment strategy.
Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
Design and implement performance management processes.
Develop talent review and succession planning frameworks.
Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.

Organization Development
Lead organization structure reviews and role clarity initiatives.
Drive competency mapping and leadership development.
Facilitate change management and transformation projects.
Promote continuous learning and capability development.

HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain HR documentation and support statutory audits.




Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

HR Technology & Automation
Drive HRMS optimization and digital HR initiatives.
Implement HR analytics dashboards and MIS.
Improve HR processes through automation and standardization.

Budget & Vendor Management
Prepare and manage the annual HR budget.
Monitor HR expenditure and optimize costs.
Manage external HR vendors, consultants, and service providers.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
Set performance objectives and review team outcomes.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Additional certifications in Labour Laws, HR Analytics will be an advantage.
